IronArchitects is built on a simple conviction: the work of designing secure, compliant systems shouldn't be slow, manual, and stale the moment it ships. It should be generated, traceable, and continuously verified.

Close the gap between "designed" and "defensible."

In regulated industries, the distance between a good architecture and a provably compliant one is measured in weeks of senior-architect time and spreadsheets full of hand-mapped controls. We set out to collapse that gap.

IronArchitects lets a team describe what it wants to build and receive a complete solution design, assembled from its own approved technology and constrained to the controls and regulations that apply. An AI engine generates the design, then four specialist AI reviewers (architecture, security, cost, and compliance) deliberate over it and any gaps they find are remediated automatically. Every decision is recorded in a tamper-evident audit trail, alongside the audit-grade evidence a regulator expects. Compliant by construction, not by afterthought.

Anyone can claim compliance. We make every design decision cite the control, policy clause, or document that justifies it, and back it with an immutable record.

Tenant isolation, least privilege, and a tamper-evident audit trail aren't features we add later; they're the foundation everything else is built on.

Founder, The Iron Architect LLC

Morgan Bleck founded The Iron Architect LLC in 2026 and built the IronArchitects platform from the ground up. He brings more than 15 years leading enterprise, solution, and cybersecurity architecture inside large, highly regulated healthcare organizations, most recently as Director of Enterprise Architecture at Banner Health.

IronArchitects grew directly out of that work. At Banner, Morgan created an AI-powered Enterprise Architecture Workspace that accelerated design and review. IronArchitects is the productized, compliance-first evolution of that idea: a platform that generates defensible, auditor-ready architecture for the regulated industries he spent his career in.

Earlier in his career he engineered enterprise infrastructure and automation at Mayo Clinic, and in 2015 he placed 20th out of more than 2,000 competitors in the NSA CyberSprint competition.
